- Moisten the cloth under running water, wring out, and fold the wet cloth as many times as you can and wring out all excess water. This is very important to achieve streak-free surfaces.
- Fold the cloth twice to give eight separate cleaning surfaces. Wipe surface lightly before wiping a second time more firmly is necessary.
- Flip over and continue to do this until all surfaces are used. Rinse the cloth in warm water when necessary and continue cleaning.
- Finish shiny surfaces with a dry Window Cloth.
- If you see streaks or smears, you are removing residue from old cleaners and need to rinse the cloth more often. If the problem continues, you may need to clean the cloth with dish soap or detergent, rinse well and continue cleaning.
- (Carpet Stain Removal: If you do not know what the stain is, you should wear gloves to prevent cross-contamination. For moist stains, place a dry Envirocloth over the stain and press firmly to remove as much of the liquid as possible. Spray some pure water onto the stain, place a folded Enviro cloth over the stain and press firmly, then check to see that the stain is transferring from the carpet to the cloth. If not all of the stain is removed you can repeat the previous step using Carpet Stain Buster instead of water. Continue absorbing the stain using a microfiber cloth. After the stain is removed, repeat with water and dry with another Envirocloth.)
- (Care Instructions)
- All Norwex microfiber should be laundered with quality laundry detergent in cold, warm, or hot water. Periodically it is a good idea to wash them in the hottest water available as this will open the fibers and release debris and grease caught deep within the fibers.
- To further help remove imbedded residue, boil the cloth in a pot on the stove for 10 minutes in enough water to cover. Add a little Norwex dishwashing liquid or Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent to the water; this will deep clean the cloth, removing the residue (grease/dirt/microbes) that may be trapped within. You will now have a fresh cloth that is ready for use.
- To dry, hanging the cloths in direct sunlight also helps sanitize them using the sun’s ultra violet rays or dry them in a hot clothes dryer with other lint-free laundry.
- To remove stubborn stains, boil for 10 minutes to allow the fibers to swell and release any debris or spray the stain with the Norwex Carpet Stain Buster and allow to soak for 10 minutes before laundering.
- DO NOT USE bleach, abrasive solutions, fabric softener or dryer softener sheets, these destroy the products ability to clean. DO NOT iron. DO NOT USE with paints or inks.
